Since receiving my Diploma of Personal Fitness Coaching, I have been eager to combine my previous involvement in Rugby Union, Soccer, Squash, Marathon Running, and Triathlon with the academic and practical skills of the Diploma. This allows me to provide programming, training, and guidance for older people seeking to maintain or re-establish their fitness and well-being.

Following a career of over 40 years in professional and voluntary activity in Social Work and Community Services, and as a Senior Citizen myself (age 68), I am now seeking to extend the health and wellbeing of older people. This is achieved by ensuring that they undertake challenging but safe programmes of activity and nutrition, including cardiovascular, endurance, and resistance exercises in a small group or individual setting.

Having received expert supervision and training from leading Personal Fitness Coaches, Lisa Korn and Julie Stern, I am now delighted to work with the outstanding professional staff at Coastal Bodies. I am also very keen to share my knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm with people who, like me, want to maximize their physical and psychological well-being and their quality of life.
