Here you get all the benefits of Personal Training at almost 1/3 the price of a One on One session.
Firstly, you undergo a 1 hour thorough assessment that determines a personalised plan that is right for your body and goals. You will then complete that program with 2-3 other people.
Your plan is completely personalised and you are under the expert guidance of a trainer at all times. The sessions are 45 minutes in length and are GUARANTEED to get you leaner, stronger and fitter.
You will train with great people and have the encouragement and support to achieve GREAT Results.
The Minimum commitment is 2 Times per week. The costs are below:
2 Sessions a Week – $80
3 Sessions a Week – $110
4 Sessions a Week – $135
