Our classes have a maximum of 10 participants. This ensures very high quality instruction with a strong emphasis on technique.
These classes are perfect for people that would like the benefits of a personal trainer at a lower price point and people that would like to supplement their current personal training.

This new concept is set-up in group class with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells, powerbags TRX and cables.
