Coogee Group Fitness Sessions

Our Coogee Group Fitness sessions allow you to enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer in a small intimate environment at a low cost.

Our classes have a maximum of 10 participants. This ensures very high quality instruction with a strong emphasis on technique.

These classes are perfect for people that would like the benefits of a personal trainer at a lower price point and people that would like to supplement their current personal training.

Do you go to the gym and do the same routine every time or take the same spinning class week after week? Bored with the usual exercises? Walked on the treadmill one too many times?

Your body is probably so used to what you are doing that it hasn’t changed in months. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result STOP THE INSANITY!

Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics – somewhere between is our group classes, the new concept offered at Coastal Bodies. Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change.

This new concept is set-up in group class with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells, powerbags TRX and cables.

Circuit Classes

These classes use 10 different strength and conditioning exercises to train all the major muscle groups of the human body. The classes involve kettlebells, powerbags, dumbbells, bodyweight exercise and the cable machine.

This class features many functional exercises with a strong emphasis on form and technique.

We have 3 circuit classes per week including a women’s only.


This class is a 45 minute session that focuses on boxing technique and provides a workout like no other. The boxing combinations accelerate the heart rate and the body gets an allover workout with a combination of bodyweight exercises.


TABATA is an intense training method that really fires up the metabolism. This session is all about maximising the fat burn!


We offer 3 great Pilates Mat classes that are taught by the highly experienced and well credentialed Nicole and Becs.

Improve your core stability, strengthen pelvic floor, balance, improve your metabolism, decrease back pain and reduce the risk of injury.
