Extreme Fit Class – Grassed area at Coogee Beach next to the promenad

This class utilises a combination of kettlebells, callisthenics, TRX suspension trainer, sandbags and medicine balls and other equipment to create a circuit class guaranteed to get that heart rate racing.

Flat Out Mums – Playground area of Queens Park on Darley Rd or Levity Health Bondi Junction (Lvl 1, 38-40 Bronte Rd) if it rains

Flat out mums gives women the opportunity to exercise even when life is hectic. The class includes circuit strength exercises, cardio boxing, flexibility, core strength and an educational segment. A babysitter is also available. For information click here.

Lunchtime Corporate – Cook and Phillip Park (behind St Mary’s Cathedral)

Lunchtime Corporate is the perfect lunchtime workout for busy corporates looking to fit fitness into their hectic schedules. These freestyle classes are a combination of circuit training and boxing. The classes are fun, energetic and designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, burn fat and build muscle.

FUNctional Boxing – Grant Reserve Coogee

Functional Boxing incorporates basic boxing and functional exercises to give the participant a great overall workout.

Outdoor Circuit – Outdoor Gym at Bondi Beach

This class features many functional exercises with a strong emphasis on form and technique.

Kettlebells Advanced - Levity Health Bondi Junction (Lvl 1, 38-40 Bronte Rd)

The advanced class is for those participants with kettlebell experience and features many technical lifts. It is a circuit based class that provides a high intense workout with lots of variety.

Kettlebells Basics – Levity Health Bondi Junction (Lvl 1, 38-40 Bronte Rd)

The beginner’s class is ideal for those participants with or without kettlebell experience. The only difference between the beginner and advanced classes is less reliance on technical kettlebell lifts.
